1. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is not required for most products, but the minimum amount is CFAF 50,000 and does not include delivery charges, taxes and VAT. For an amount less than 50,000 FCFA, we will increase the price according to the finalized quantity.

2. About the ordering process

Here we make ordering from us as secure and simple as possible. You can order from our online website.

As a first step, please add all the desired products to the shopping cart, then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit it, obtaining your order number. (Please save this order number for more information).

And then after you place the order, we will check quickly, then send the invoice with the shipping cost to you within 24 hours. (If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of receiving the order number, problems encountered during the checkout process, please contact us promptly, thank you.)

Third, after receiving the invoice, please pay promptly and tell us the information. So that we can check your payroll and send the parcel to you on time, then we will tell you the tracking number so that you can check online.

3. What should I do if I cannot place my order?

Steps:

a. Use other browsers. You can use many browsers, such as IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.

b. If that still does not work, you can copy the list of goods, including item number, size and color; email us with your username on our site, along with your full shipping address. We will place the order for you and then notify you.

c. Can you separate my order into several packages to avoid customs taxes?

Usually, we only send one package for an order, unless it is too big to put in a box, but also only one tracking number. If you want us to send two or more packages, please note the request in the notification when you place the order. But the more packages, the more freight cost has to be paid, you know.

6. Can I confirm the stock status with you before payment?

Yes, after you place the order, we will check and notify you which items are out of stock, then send the invoice to you. But as you know, the state of our stocks changes every hour. We therefore cannot guarantee that the items will always be in stock when your order is prepared.

7. What will happen if there are backordered items in my order after payment?

In order not to delay your order, we will send the ready items to you on time, then recalculate the prices and shipping costs. Any overpayment would be credited to your next order. If you wish it

8. Why is my basket empty when I open it again the next day?

Since our system stores the cart in the browser cache, the cart will be empty once the cache is cleared.
